Medieval blog entry #5 (last)

Today is different then my character because the families stick together. Parents abandoned kids at the age of 12 so they can start there own business. But in our time kids who are 12 go to school and live with their parents. The government back then was crazy. Allowing kids to work at 12! That is not right. Today is better because kids can't buy beer like they could back then and also the 12 year old working thing. The events have changed by that the weddings are not a social gathering for people to just come and eat. Now its when your friends and family come to celebrate someones marriage. Not to just come and eat free food. And the thing back then people who you didn't even know came to things like that.
